PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ADMISSION CHECKING, CLEARANCE AND FEE PAYMENT
1. Log onto the University’s portal (www.myaau.com);
2. Click on Online Applications on the home page;
3. Click on Admissions tab;
4. Click on Check Status tab;
5. Enter your Application Number e.g AAU/2009/xxxx1 and Post UME Card PIN Number correctly in the space provided and click on “Submit”. This prompts you to further confirm your Application Number. Click on the Proceed button again if the supplied information is correct;
6. Your admission status will then be displayed. If the displayed information matches the application you submitted, click on “print” to print your e-Admission slip then proceed to check your Clearance and Eligibility.

5. Enter your Application Number (AAU/2009/xxxx1) and Post UME Card PIN Number correctly in the space provided and click on “Submit”. This prompts you to further confirm your Application Number. Click on the Proceed button again if the supplied information is correct to check your Clearance and Eligibility on the portal periodically till the system displays that you have been cleared.
Once you have been cleared, print a copy of your e-Clearance slip and then proceed to request for Etranzact Card to pay your fees on the portal.
