OAU PRE-DEGREE FORM FOR ₦ 12,500.00,CLOSES September, 21st 2010

2010/2011 PRE-DEGREE APPLICATION INSTRUCTION (Closing Date is now September, 21st 2010 )

1.Go to any Bank on e-tranzact network to make a payment of ₦ 12,500.00 for Application. A Receipt which contains a Receipt Number and Confirmation Order Number will be given to you at the Bank.(Please note that Bank charges apply and must be paid)

These are the participating Banks:

Access Bank, AfriBank Plc, BankPHB, Ecobank, Fidelity Bank Plc, FCM Bank, First Bank Nig Plc, GT Bank, Intercont. Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, Spring Bank Plc, Oceanic Bank, UBA Group, Skye Bank, Union Bank, Unity Bank, Wema Bank Plc, Zenith Bank, OAU-Micro Finance Bank.

2.Create your account by supplying valid username, password, email address and other required information.

3.After creating the Account, login back into your Account with your username and password.

4.Follow the instruction that is displayed. Enter your e-tranzact Receipt Number and Confirmation Order Number

5.Fill the online Application Form and upload your recent passport photograph. The passport photograph must meet the following specifications:

◦The passport photograph must be coloured (Black and white photograph is not acceptable).

◦It must have a blue background and the size should not be more than 100KB.

◦The passport must be recent (not earlier than 3 Months before the time of the application).

6.After filling the form, logout and keep your username and password safe.

Keep checking the website from time to time for the actual date of the entrance examination, examination venue and the examination slip.
