Purchase your scratch card from either Skye Bank or GTBank. The cards have been deposited at the respective branches of these banks in Ilorin. You may however acquire the scratch cards from other branches (nation-wide) by calling the following officers of the respective banks for proper direction. You will be asked to state your current location and then you will be advised accordingly on the most convenient branch of the bank where you may go and make the necessary payments and receive your scratch card pin-code.

The registration process consists of three stages:
• Stage one – applicants will be allowed to use their scratch card with their personal details for card authentication (This stage cannot be done twice).
• Stage two – this stage could be completed with stage one or later using the link named “Continue your registration”. All the remaining details are to be entered and submitted here. And a confirmation page will come-up for printing.
• Stage three – after the registration, the applicants’ REGISRATION NUMBER should be used with CARD PIN to login to confirm passport upload. And if the passport is not visible, applicants can still upload passport again and press F5.
After login or using the link “Continue your registration”, applicants can edit other details entered in stage two if there is a need.
• Stage one – applicants will be allowed to use their scratch card with their personal details for card authentication (This stage cannot be done twice).
