IITA recruits for the position of a Recruitment Officer

The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture seeks suitable Nigerian Nationals for the following position at the Institute’s Headquarters, lbadan.

Job Title: Recruitment Officer (2 year renewable Contract)
Duties:
The recruitment Officer will among other things
• Attend to requests for recruitment of National Staff
• Prepare draft job advertisements and advice the personnel manager on mode of advertisement
• Conduct initial orientation of new high integrity, recruits in the General and Senior Staff categories.
• Constantly explore ways of carrying out efficient and cost effective talent hunt and staffing functions,
• Prepare recruitment and interview updates for the Personnel Manager and Human Resources Manager.
• Manage temporary labour recruitment and maintain labour records
Qualification And Experience:
• Bsc/HND in Business or Management or Humana Resource related discipline.
• A Professional Certificate of CIPM is added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in management of recruitment of large organization
