RTI International is seeking Senior Technical Advisor and Technical
Advisor candidates with a strong knowledge of health policy and systems
strengthening approaches along with expertise in one or more of
following areas: HIV / AIDS; Leadership and Governance; Advocacy; Health
Finance; Policy Implementation; Public-Private Partnerships; Civil
Society Strengthening; Training/Capacity Building.

Requirements
Applicants must have an advanced degree in public health, medicine,
public administration, or related field and a minimum of 6-9 years’
experience working in policy and advocacy in Nigeria.
Demonstrated skills and experience strengthening links between national,
state, and community-level stakeholders to better integrate policy
analysis and ensure sustainable and effective implementation.
Additional expertise in cross-cutting areas relating to: gender,
poverty, stigma and discrimination reduction, or human rights will be an
advantage.
