Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related Field from a reputable institute

- Experience in a similar position from a reputable organization
- Experience with workstation/ Desktop support
- Extensive knowledge of windows XP professional and Windows 7
- Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 suites
- Good MS Outlook Knowledge (Mail Configuration and Backup of PST)
- Basic Knowledge of Printer Hardware & Configuration
- Good Networking Knowledge (Crimping, N/W Configuration)
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS,DHCP
- Knowledge of File & Print Server
- Excellent hard ware and software troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Laptop’s Wi-Fi connectivity
- Knowledge of Video conference system
- Desktop/laptop deployment experience
- Knowledge of systems software to determine if a malfunction is in the hardware or in the soft ware
- Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills with the ability to participate in a Team
