Nigeria Monitoring and Evaluation Management Services
II (NMEMS II) seeks a suitable and qualified candidate for the position
of HIV/AIDS PEPFAR ADVSOR in the Abuja office. Nigeria MEMS II is a
USAID-funded project managed by he Mitchell group (TMG). The goal of the
project overall performance management and evaluation support to
Mission Assistance Objective Teams and Implementing Partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Qualification and Experience
Degrees in medicine and public health
High degree of judgment, maturity, ingenuity and originality to
interpret strategy; to analyze, develop, and present work and to monitor
and evaluate implementation of programs
Knowledge of USAID and PEPFAR policies and guidance
