One Year Temporary Contract at the Embassy of Japan in Australia

The Embassy of Japan is seeking a well organised and pro-active person to perform administrative duties in the Embassy’s Accounting and Administration Section.The ideal candidate will have superior oral and written communication skills and will be able to liaise with people at all levels in both the public and private sectors.
The successful applicant will have previous office experience, a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, proven organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks. A strong command of the Japanese language is desirable but not necessary. The position is a temporary contract position for one year starting 11th April, 2011 and ending 23rd March, 2011.
