Qualification B.Sc or HND in Quantity Survey
Reporting to Project Manager
Experience 5years and above
Responsibility The scope of the job includes Preparation of bills of quantity, Estimation, Preliminary cost advice, contractual methods, contractors selection, Cost planning, Valuation, Cost control and post contract management, Value management & Analysis. Manages all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Minimizes the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
