Vertical Sales Manager (Education)

Department: Business Unit- Professional Printing
Report To: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Profile: The candidate will be responsible for initiating solution selling for the Education segment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for creating new prospects and increasing awareness of solutions for the education segment
Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned
Should be able to understand the client’s current architecture to enable position MFI’s solutions accordingly
Ensure continued revenue growth & customer base
Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel
Maintain long-term profitable relationship with customer base
Desired Profile:
A pleasing Personality with the ability and drive to have the objectives completed
Excellent Presentation & communication Skills is a Must
Should be from a Solution Selling background
Should be self-motivated and a team player
Prior Experience in CRM/ERP/ISP Sales would be an added advantage
A thorough understanding of Sales Process, Key parameters of the Sales Cycle and the ability to draft proposals is key
Prior experience in solution selling/printing industry/CRM
Outsourcing Manager/Executive

Job Profile (for Vertical Sales Manager and Outsourcing Manager/Executive): The candidate will be responsible for managing Sales and relationships with key corporate companies
Roles and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for creating new prospects and increasing awareness of documents outsourcing to corporate
Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned
Should be able to understand the client’s current architecture to enable position MFI’s solutions accordingly
Ensure continued revenue growth & customer retention
Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel

Report To: Head Customer Care
Location: Lagos
Job Profile: The candidate will be responsible for front ending-client related issues
Roles and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for receiving client raised issues and resolving the same with inter-department help
Would be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with respect to issues logged and TAT for remedy
Would be responsible for front ending issues raised by clients both pre & post implementations
Would be responsible for conducting quarterly reviews for clients
Desired Profile:
A pleasing and dynamic personality with very strong communication skills
Prior Customer Service experience or Experience in communication with corporate firm is a Must
Should possess a quality of understanding the clients issues and finding ways to resolve the same prior customer care experience.
