Job description
- Responsible for planning, co-ordination and control of a construction project from its inception to the time it is completed.
- Ensure the client’s requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met and project is concluded successfully.
- Overseeing the selection of trade contractors and general contractors who are ideal for the completion of a project
- Supervising or monitoring the hiring and firing of construction workers
- Obtaining the necessary licenses or permits
- Monitoring the compliance with set regulations
- Minimum qualifications include a relevant degree in Civil engineering or construction management from an internationally recognized university.
- Minimum 5 + years direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Strong working knowledge in civil road construction/bridges/culverts
- Committed to a minimum of 3+ years full-time living & working in Nigeria.
