POSITION: OFFICE/UNIT ADMINISTRATORS
LOCATION: ABUJA

EDUCATIONAL/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • At least five years of consistent office management and secretarial experience in a professional environment, preferably in multinationals with responsibilities for:
  • Reviewing and editing proposals, reports and other correspondences in order to ensure that they are in line with agreed standard
  • Preparing proposals, reports and other correspondences with the aid of various computer applications
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings (internal and external), conferences and travel arrangements Taking and preparing minutes of meetings
Must not be more than 30 years by 31 May 2012.
