To be eligible to apply: you must satisfy the three under listed eligibility criteria:
1. Must have chosen UI either as first, or second or both choice in the 2012 UTME.
2. Must have obtained a minimum of 200 in the 2012 JAMB exams, to be proved by your Original JAMB Result Slip.
3. Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by October 2012.

Candidates are to
PAY a sum of two thousand naira (N2000) into U.I Admission Processing Fee
Account (See the list below) at any of the branches of the following approved
banks, nearest to you.

The teller should
have full names of the candidate (SURNAME first) as in the UTME result slip
preceded by the JAMB Registration number,as the payee.

Registration Number should be quoted in the depositor's name at the point of
payment (in the Bank. The following format could be adopted:

Filling the Online Forms
With information
from the Bank teller, log into the online admission portal, to update your
payment details. Supply your jamb registration number, teller number,bank and
bank branch where the payment is made and the date of payment to generate user
id and pin.
The online forms
should be carefully filled following ALL necessary instructions, as mistake(s)
may lead to disqualification.
