Qualification:
A good HND in Secretarial Administration or B.Sc/ HND in any Art or Social science course. Two to five years experience working as a Personal Assistant, membership of the Chartered Instituted of Secretarial Administration, Chartered Institute of Administration or its equivalent will be an added advantage.

The person:
Must be in excellent health, energetic, entrepreneurial, diplomatic, tactful, humble, patient, tolerant yet assertive and proactive. Must be between the range of 26 and 35 years of ages with self-confidence.
Skills & Attributes: 
Punctual, Must be a computer literate with good typing skills. Must have great time management skills and have the ability to prioritize projects
Remuneration: Salary range between 100,000NGN and 150,000NGN per month.

Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for reading, monitoring and responding to mails, commissioning work/projects based on instructions. Booking meetings, organizing travel plans and preparing complex travel arrangements. Must be able to plan, organize and manage events with the ability to manage budgets and conduct research. Ability to write reports and executive summaries. Handling special projects as well as typing and filing of documents.
