Requirements
The preferred candidate must have managerial experience in a bank and
able to develop and execute strategic plan consistent with the
leadership vision of the bank.
Other requirements
• Ten years experience in a bank
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Knowledge of microfinance banking
• Organizational skills
• Passion for microfinance development
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields
• MBA will be an advantage
