Job Title: Sales Manager Lagos
Job Description
- This is a challenging and rewarding sales role which combines specified marketing functions with territorial sales responsibilities.
- The position reports to the Sales Leader.
- This position requires a strong customer focus and effective account management.
- The position will be responsible for growing the territory market share and development and implementation of growth strategies.
- Responsibility to meet the Sales Targets with target gross margin levels
- Analyze business requirements of a particular market segment and develop business plan
- Generate new sales opportunities and expand customer base
- Assist the Sales Leader to implement sales and marketing strategies for the development
- Increase Quotation Hit Rate
- Evaluate customer specification requirements in order to prepare plant quotations
- Working with Marketing department to capture competitors information and to plan marketing/pricing strategy to capture bigger share of the segment
Formal Qualification in Engineering or Marketing
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
