The individual must possess: BSc Degree Minimum Ability to lead and execute projects including project design, customer needs assessment, exceptional documentation and milestone execution. Broad experience in programming with a preferred skill mix of 3 – 5 years developing internal and externally facing web applications. 3-5 years experience developing solutions using ASP.NET and relational databases.
