Retail Sales Manager
taafoo is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales individual for our in-store retail sales team. The sales executive will be responsible for managing and growing our in-store sales pipeline across various product offerings including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and service delivery while executing sales strategies that will achieve revenue goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for growing revenue per customer, fulfilling in-store sales, executing promotions that generate online repeat purchase and building relationships with key influencers. Ideal candidate must possess:
  • 3+ years of successful retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using metrics-driven approaches.
  • Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets.

Administrative Accountant
taafoo seeks an administrative accountant to support its financial organization. This position will be focused on our retail and partner business. The individual will focus on reconciliation activities, data analysis, inventory management and/or the month end operational accounting processes. IT Lead Developer
Technology is key to our company and as a part of our growth, we are looking for individuals with strong technical skills and entrepreneurial values. As the Lead Developer, you will be the key resource driving changes across multiple web-based applications. The individual must possess:
  • BSc Degree Minimum
  • Ability to lead and execute projects including project design, customer needs assessment, exceptional documentation and milestone execution.
  • Mentoring and development skills.
  • Broad experience in programming with a preferred skill mix of 3 – 5 years developing internal and externally facing web applications. 3-5 years experience developing solutions using ASP.NET and relational databases.
  • Experience developing applications in a high volume usage environment.
  • Understanding of system and application performance limits and characteristics.
  • Ablility to lead development projects through all stages of the development lifecycle including development, testing, QA, and implementation.
  • Understanding of source code control management and compliance.
  • Be able to successfully lead a team of 2-3 developers through the application development and migration process.
  • Ability to participate in all activities accordingly to ensure on time deliverables including day-to-day planning and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability and availability.
  • Familiarity with CSS and Javascript.
