Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading supplier of Fast Moving Consumer Goods quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The company is looking to employ a Field Activation Manager.

Job description
The candidate will ensure the implementation of brand, POP vision and agreed IBP activities and ensure effective monitoring, measuring and provision of feedback on these activities.

He / She will also be involved in:

Field  planning
Monitoring and reporting of promotions/activation
New product introduction.
The Field Activation Manager will report to the Head-Customer Marketing.

Responsibilities
Maximizes merchandising and coverage against Plano gram and action standard.
The management of third parties to promote, and merchandise products for the achievement of mutual business return.
Develop customer investment strategy
Manage customer’s supply chain interface.
Optimize promotional investments.
Drive the building of the customer business plans.
Drive retail excellence.
Implementation of POP vision and channel Plano gram- develop key metrics to monitor implementation and final desired output.
Measurement of Activity efficiency and visibility track Audit.
Use of IT –for evaluating performance against action Standards.
Anticipates in-store compliance issues and takes action up-front to ensure delivery of point of purchase KPIs.

Qualifications et experience

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or business related courses.
• Master degree is an added advantage.
• Must have 3 years of experience in FMCG environment.
• Must possess financial skills(tax law and or social security guidelines)
• Experienced in dealing with a variety of customers, (external and internal)
• Must be able to align team
• Must be able to manage third party
• Must possess coaching and analytical skills
• Must be able to manage customer relationship.
• Must be computer literate (excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be excellently spoken and written
