Job description
Mechanical Hydraulic Senior Technician will be responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence, guarantying that a good level of availability of the equipment he is maintained for on production sites and play a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training by on site mentoring.
He or she will be reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor.
Qualifications et experience
Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels
Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
5 to 10 years’ experience in the maintenance field of hydraulic systems
Specific professional knowledge: SAP/R3 experience and know-how
Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams. Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others,
Working language: English.
Must have a proven sense of responsibility and talent for management.
Must be rigorous and methodical in his approach to operations, show common sense and be able to anticipate and analyze issues.
A natural, flexible authority is essential.
