Customer Care Manager at TATA Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited

TATA Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited is part of an international automobile group engaged in the distribution of TATA vehicles in Nigeria. We require the services of young, energetic, and experience Nigerian professionals to fill the following  position
Job Title: Customer Care Manager
 
Required Qualification Experience and Responsibility
  • A minimum degree in automotive engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Responsible for all customer care and related functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and smart personality.
  • Amiable disposition and good interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license (Light /heavy commercial vehicles)
  • Automotive experience with minimum of 10-15 years on similar Position
 
General Requirements
  • Young and energetic(not more than 35 years of age).
  • A good degree/diploma in Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Confident, outgoing, sociable character.
  • Valid driving license
  • Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in sales of automobiles would be a definite an advantage.
  • A person without experience in Auto industry but lengthy experience in customer care and meeting other criteria canbe considered for applicant.
