  • Establishing an effective Human Resource Management System within the Organisation.
  • Implementing an effective Performance Management System, and being pivotal to Performance Appraisals (through the use of approved KPIs).
  • Design and Review Business Processes and Strategies to facilitate the success of all Business Units within the Organisation.

Jobs Responsibility    
  • Coordinating In House Trainings and enhancing staff development and competency building at every level.
  • Creating and Recreating Functional Work Plans for achieving quality and operational excellence of all business activities within the organisation.
  • Sustaining a healthy flow of Communication and Constructive Feedback between all lines within the organisation.

Job Requirement    
A relevant first degree (having a masters will be an advantage)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an HR environment
Professional Certification in of any of the following: CIPM, CIPD etc

Management Experience    1 yr(s)
