Position: Agency Managers

Key Accountabilities

• Has overall responsibility for his agency activities
• Ensures that the production and profitability budget of his agency is achieved
• Ensure continuous recruitments and training of Unit Managers/Financial Planners to meet the company standard requirements

Qualification: BSc/HND in any discipline from a recognized institution

• Experience: 5 years and above experience in any financial institution.
